Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sentrely website at sentrely.com, the Sentrely platform at app.sentrely.com, and any related communications, including SMS text messages (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Sentrely Inc. ("Sentrely", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Sentrely is a control plane for AI agents — adding approvals, guardrails, and audit so teams can run AI agents in production. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including unlawful activity, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security, or using the Services to send unsolicited or prohibited communications.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a form at sentrely.com or on a Sentrely lead form), you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Sentrely related to your inquiry, your account, and — only if you separately opt in — marketing and product updates.
- Program: Sentrely customer-care and account notifications (and optional marketing, only with separate consent).
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Services.
- We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees & bring-your-own-key
Paid plans and any usage of your own model provider keys ("bring your own key") are billed as described at checkout. You are responsible for charges incurred with your own provider accounts.
6. Intellectual property
Sentrely and its licensors own the Services and all related IP. You retain ownership of the data and content you connect to the Services.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentrely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
